Shipping policy

The timeframe for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing Time - Orders can take 5-10 business days to be processed. Custom orders can take an additional 5 business days.
• Shipping Time - Depending on your location and chosen method, shipping usually takes about 3-10 business days (domestic U.S.).

Once your order is in the hands of your chosen shipping carrier (UPS, USPS), you should receive an email with the tracking number.
